Thai tropical Herbs and various Spices is what’s included in the Special Marinated Sauce using Fresh Chicken leg Quarter which is submerged for over 24 hours, marinating in Chef's special Thai herbs and spices. The Chicken Leg quarter is then oven cooked then boiled, smothered with Thai Coconut Milk, then cut into pieces and served along side a mildly spiced Thai Sweet Sauce.
Served with a small box of gourmet steamed premium Thai Jasmine rice.
