Scallops, Raw Jumbo Shrimps, Calamari, Fish Balls, slices of Fish meat, imitated crab meat, green shell mussel meat, all Stir-fried in a blazing Extra large stationary Wok reaching upwards of 500°F with diced fresh garlic, finely grounded premium white pepper, using pure vegetable oil, all cooked then carefully reduced into a flavorful rich and spicy dish topped off with fresh cut cilantros. Served with a small cup of gourmet Steamed premium Jasmine Rice.
