Mongolian Beef
Our most popular and the most ordered Chinese culinary dish is cooked using our specially-made Mongolian Sauce that is made from scratch using sesame seeds, peanuts, premium Chinese hoisin sauce, among many other seasonings, which is then added during the cooking process to USDA certified Angus or Choice Beef, white onions, Chili sauce, bell peppers, carrots and fine White Wine. These ingredients are then stir-fried and reduced for the richest taste possible, and finally sprinkled with Wonton noodle strips.
Pad Thai
Without a doubt the most popular dish amongst Thai Culinary diners, and one of the National Dish of Thailand, Pad Thai which was originally called Thai fried Noodles after this particular style of rice noodle was brought over to the Ancient Thai Capital of Ayuthaya by Vietnamese tradesmen and introduced to the Thai people, the rice noodle has since become one of the most eaten type of food besides the Steamed Rice. Pad Thai is made with coriander, tamarind juice, fish sauce, and a touch of Lime, which is then cooked with fresh eggs, crushed red chili peppers, bean sprouts, and salad shrimps. Although Pad Thai is meant to be cooked with shrimp, patrons with seafood allergy can order Pad Thai with Chicken, fresh pork, and Beef, which is becoming a common ordered dish.
Tom Yum Soup
A classic soup which originated from Northeastern Thailand along the Thai and Lao borders, Tom Yum is widely served throughout South East Asia as well as in Indonesia. This soup is distinguished by the hot and sour flavor along with a strong fragrance of tropical herbs and spices, the special stock used in the Tom Yum Soup is made by adding diced lemon grass, Kaffir lime leaves, diced Galangal, all simmered throughout the day which is poured onto a Mongolian Hot Pot to maintain a temperature of 160°F with freshly squeezed lime juice, fish sauce, roasted chili sauce, then sprinkled with cilantros.
Won Ton Soup
Also known as dumpling soup, KungFu Plaza’s Classic Chinese Won Ton Soup is made with hand wrapping Won Ton egg dough wrapper with filling that’s made with grounded fresh Shrimps, chicken, onions, eggs, sesame oil, and soy all boiled then poured into a special stock with BBQ pork, Baby Bok Choy, and sprinkled with scallions.
Fried Rice
The most popular element of many Asian Cuisines, from any, and all parts of Chinese, to Japanese, Malaysian, and Indonesian. KungFu Plaza’s Fried Rice is made fresh by using Fresh USDA rated AA Extra Large Fresh Eggs, with fresh steamed Rice adding fresh onions cooking with your choice of meats, seafood or for Vegetarians, the vegetable fried rice. For our diners from Asia, We also cook fried rice to satisfy those yearning for the authentic taste of Thai Style fried rice adding tomatoes, scallions, with slices of fresh cucumbers alongside. The “Nasi Goreng” to satisfy our Malaysian, and Indonesian clientele. Our Pineapple Fried Rice or “American Fried Rice” as it is known in Thailand has its origin during the Vietnam War, as Thai Bistros catered to American servicemen with Fried Rice that is cooked adding Tomato paste and diced hot dogs.
Chow Mein
Meaning a dish of Stir-Fried noodles in Chinese, Chow Mein is cooked at KungFu Plaza Restaurant using premium “Mein” or egg noodles, which is boiled, then tossed into the wok to be Stir-Fried with diced celery, carrots, Chinese Baby Bok Choy, and your choice of meats, shrimps, or seafood, then sprinkled and stirred once again with fresh bean sprouts.
Chopped Chicken Chilis & Mint
One of the most ordered, eaten, and made dish in Thailand, Chicken Mints is comparable to Spaghetti in American Diets. Normally served over a bed of Steamed Jasmine Rice with a fried eggs during lunch time, Chicken Mints are usually eaten at anytime of the day and at any place. KungFu Plaza cooks this dish with fresh grounded chicken tossing in grounded fresh garlic, Thai fresh chilies, adding soy, black soy sauce, a little seasoning then reducing it so all the sauces bond with the chicken at over 400°F.
Thai Beef Salad
Thai salads are mostly comprise of meats than vegetables, this one is no exception, cooked with USDA rated Choice Beef or Certified Angus, and grounded rice powder, fresh lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, with diced onions, cilantros and carrots, all meshed together in a salad bowl, then smothered on a bed of fresh lettuce.
